Wholesale Orders
We accept major credit cards and payment is due when your order is placed. You can place an order with us by emailing hello@e3apothecary.com or by phone to 610-331-7979.
Our minimum for opening candle wholesale orders is 12 candle units. Our minimum for opening soap wholesale orders is 8 soap units.
Because each E&3 Apothecary product is made to order and hand poured, we ask for up to 4 weeks from order inception to delivery of your order.
Wholesale pricing and suggested retail pricing are the same for every E&3 Apothecary scent. Pricing includes the candle, label, and dust cover.
Whitelabel Orders
E&3 Apothecary loves helping our clients elevate your gift-giving or your brand with our customized products. Our clients have the opportunity to pour one of our brand’s complex blends, under our brand name or alternative naming. We design in the packaging that best meets your vibe.
Additionally, clients can select 1-2 fragrances from our fragrance oil library to create a unique product. Our scent library evolves often.
Custom Partnerships
E&3 Apothecary forms partnerships with our clients to create customized signature scents, or a fragrance that combines our client’s preferences and suggestions with our head chandler’s recommendations. Our current suite of products include premium soy candles and goat’s milk suds but can extend to other home fragrances products such as incense, room or linen sprays, liquid hand soaps, and reed diffusers, as well as accessories, such as wick trimmers, matches, lids, and trays or stands. Product types new to E&3 Apothecary will require additional delivery time to allow for product testing.
Planning Process
When creating a signature scent, our process begins with a complimentary consultation, at which time we’ll uncover your product needs and preferred scent profiles. From there, the chandler at E&3 will produce sample scents for you to sniff and burn. Once a custom-blend is decided upon, E&3 will work with our clients to source your perfect vessel and design your packaging. Once all elements have been decided upon, a quote with varied options will be provided and production will commence from execution of the agreement.
Investment
The investment for the planning process is as follows:
Initial consultation: complimentary
Produce three samples of custom scent: $150
Additional scent revisions: $50
The cost per unit will be produced after the planning process and all known costs are uncovered. Variables that are taken under consideration include the vessel selected, the volume of said vessel, packaging and design, shipping and quantity of the initial order. Once the design is finalized, our proposal will reflect all costs and sales tax will be applied.
