Washington Ave Hill Luxe Tin
Our Washington Ave Hill scent in a luxe 18 oz plum tin with engraved rose gold lid.
When snow falls in Haddonfield, the bustling town falls quiet while we dig out snow pants and track down boots for a frosty day of sledding. While some residents argue Friends Cemetery or Centennial Field are best, no spot is more iconic than Washington Avenue Hill. With a running start, intrepid sledders slam their toboggan down and feel a thrill in the chill while soaring down the steep hill, narrowly avoiding trees, cars and other children.
To recreate the nostalgia of sledding the hill at Washington Ave., we designed a flannel-wrapped, frosty yet warm scent of powdery camphor, winter citrus and berry, that is grounded in notes of patchouli and juniper. The fragrance was inspired by the watercolor entitled “Washington Avenue Hill", painted by Haddonfield resident and of the HMHS Class of 1971, the late William S. “Willie” Stavely.
Notes: crisp frosty warm toasty
Wax: 100% American-grown soy wax, known for its extended burn time, strong hot throw, and no black soot.
Wick: 100% plant-based, natural cotton-core wick, free of lead and other metals, produced by a small, family-owned business in Florida.
Fragrance: 100% phthalate-free, primarily naturally derived fragrance oils.
